Earth Defense Force blew me away when i first played it on the Xbox360, the graphics and story wasn't my concern, the gameplay was and all I have to say is sandlot did a great job, lets see if viscous cycle can replicate the game with updated graphics and gameplay.

Nice to see they have esentially the same basic idea for the game with online multiplayer and a few powerups and graphics that are now acceptable for this gen lol. Just hope this game gets a bit more exposure and then sales than the last one because as simple of an idea as it is 2017 was an amazingly fun to play game. Played it with my cousins last year then went straight out on a hunt to find a used copy, because new wasnt going to happen.

@Vigilante109, edf 2017 was worth every penny and it was $40 new as this new one will be at a budget price but i would have paid $60 for the last game as it was an RPG arcade game that i spent well over 100 hours playing. pick up edf 2017 for cheap and then decide on this one.
