Great post. Mike Hanopol at his best back in the 1970's---and Wally Gonzalez's guitar picking was pretty good even then; Magkaibigan tayo I think was one of his best ever; I used to play it (sing and do the lead guitar at the end of that song) it was awesome--we would just jam in Caloocan City back in 1978.---and that song "Anong ganda ang aking nakita..." Hanopol, at his best--poetry is classic.

On a serious note i cant believe its been more than 30 years ago when i first saw them live (jdlc had broken up already and mike, wally and pepe had their own band) at the loyola stadium at Ateneo in the heights of the original Pinoy Rock era! Florante, Maria Cafra, Banyuhay and others were also there...what a great time and what a great music THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES GUYS! JDLC FAN FOR LIFE!
