maybe you dunno japanese, so you throught this game's boring. but if you understand japanese, you'II find that the story line in this game's interesting.  Well, I don't know the ps version since I playing in NDS, but it's all about some student (In NDS its 5 students) want to found the true of rumors among their school, like ghost stories.
