The debuff that reduces armor is from YOUR melee attacks just switch to an add until it drops off.

make sure you're specced and using righteous fury, use seal of light and if you are pre ulduar geared like me que up into a alterac valley and get as many buffs as you can before this fight. He has a stacking debuff he throws onto you that reduces your armor, eventually it gets so high that u will have too bubble too get rid of it.
