Considering they support BD ISO and HD ISO i think it's either ext3/4 / NTFS (doubtfully, yet possible) or another system. perhapps ZFS.
FAT32 i don't think so. since it limits to 4gb per file and that's a no can do with a HD ISO/container of 8+ Gb -> would love ti hear input about supported FS though..
