The 50R flywheel does have the same dimensions as a standard Dream50. The HRC unit (50R/TT) is halve the size compared to the original. But it is still a flywheel.
It's a TT!A Dream 50R fitted with the 1998 racekit which is limited to 14.750 rpm.Only difference is the exhaust pipe which is hand bend. Also the camchain and sprockets are of different size.I have heard of some dreams whose rev limiters failed to do their work so they could rev to approx 18.000rpm.
Your bike sounds quite different to my Dream; which has the (1998) HRC Kit; this was limited to 18,000 rpm originally; is your bike a conversion from the "Street" Dream, or a Dream 50R? No criticism, I'm just interested in the different versions of the Dream 50!
has the stock dream 50 an innerrotor?? or a verry light flywheel??

I'm sorry to ask, but aren't you down on power, compared to some of the 2 strokers?
