If it's the only good thing he'll ever do in his whole entire miserable life, I do applause Stefano Dimera for ridding the world of Curtis Reed. That man was too scummy to live. Stefano's love for his children was always tainted and has turned them into bad seeds but at least he had some kind of love for his children. It's clear to see that this scumball that died did NOT love his children. Kudos Dimera!

Thanks again for posting! I can't say enough how good this storyline is. So Kate didn't know about the abuse and molestation. Her reaction was of shock and devastation.

One question, if Curtis, who was a broke drug addict, could find Kate to tell her that their kids were dead, why couldn't Kate, with all her money, find him and the kids?

I'll never understand why Peter didn't just kill Fred instead of trying to send him out of town. Of course Billie wldn've got off if he had. LOL.

I can't remember exactly what Kate was doing before she came to Salem. I think she may have been well known in the publishing world though. That would explain how Curtis was able to find her.

as for why she couldn't find him with all her money...well curtis changed his name so many times,,,i supposed it's hard to find someone who tries so hard to not be found?

You know when Kate started out on the show and had an affair with Bill, she was a doctor who worked at Salem hospital by the name of Kate Winograd? Though I don't know who played her. I once read this info in some history pages and the Days of Our lives scrapbook. Then years later when she came to town she was simply known as "Kate Roberts" so I wonder where Roberts came from. I guess to make it a mystery to the people who knew her(Laura and the Horton's)
