I did it on my digicam and I can view the DVD from the disc drive but for some reason I cannot move the video file onto my PC. I don't know why, it keeps rejecting it. Any hints what to do? I never had this problem before.

Thanks, JazzyLemmon, GOT IT! My son-in-law always completed the process - all I did was point and shoot. I can do the videocam from start to end, and now I finally know how to do the digicam from start to end. Now that you ALL know I'm an amateur videographer, I could use a little help here and there.
