  • An original and useful way to study the internal structure of this famous piece, considering the particular tempos used in the score for the left and the right hand at the same time.

    835polyglot81 (Paolo F.)

  • guitar hero

  • Thanks!!

  • cool )

  • @teresahan1991 lol no it's funny

  • HELLO AUSTRIA!!

  • my dad said thankyou so much

  • my dad is playing this song he is sorta good

  • this is EXACTLY WHAT I NEEEED since I can't read music at all! thankyou so so so much!!!!

  • nice! Im starting to study the piano, and I would love to learn how to play this song. It became easier now.

  • what?? just read the notes, makes it a lot easier:)

  • can i please have the synthesia file please?

  • it's great. I read the entire song with this video! thank you very much

  • This is an interesting concept, but something just seems wrong about learning this piece from a program like this. And perhaps one of the most difficult tasks, fingering, is not given here. There's nothing like sheet music with all my notes about fingering, dynamics, etc., all over the page.

  • Thank you so much!

  • donde conseguiste el midi?!!! T_T

  • I'm determined to learn this..

  • Now I know the full song... but not full speed =)

  • @nowinterweather There is not other edition that doesn't do what I said.

  • is this the original pieace? do you got the midi file as download ? :)

  • THANK YOU

  • wow, this helps a lot...still difficult, but it helps! :)

  • imprecionante

  • Oh my goosh!! It's soo dificult!! But i wnat to learn it!! I've just learnt 1.5 minutes

and i have an arm ache now!

  • Is it possible to creat another "How to play Chopin Nocturne No. 20 in C Sharp Minor - 100%" as for some reason your old one has been deleted off youtube? many thanks...

  • 1:32 is wrong. You need to play C sharp, D sharp and then D sharp again which starts the trills.

  • @klik13 He might have a different edition...

  • @teresahan1991 can u giv me this song's MIDI link?i wan to download it

  • how u find this song on synthesia?..i couldnt find it oso

  • Yeah, you can learn how to play the notes, but you can't learn how to play the piece...

  • @bulletfanmhdan that's where your own creativity comes in :)

  • @yakaksneg181 Well, it's not just down to one's own creativity, that could make Chopin's beauty a mess of inexperience and naiveness, but expression and emotion is certainly what Chopin intended to be conveyed through his music.

  • @bulletfanmhdan

That's a very good point, but it if you only intend to be able to play this peice for yourself, adding your own expressions and emotions is a good way to build up a musical ear - if that makes any sense at all, but I do have to agree with you, if you are planning to preform this, the sheet music, with the real expresions and emotions is vital.

  • Comment removed

  • @yakaksneg181 Yeah I know what you mean, and I would concur.

  • Awesome.

  • u should play it ona real piano not by note so we dont get confused and play one hand at a a time

  • Thx so much, kinda helpful!

  • I'm starting to doubt that I have enough fingers to play this...

  • thumbs up if you nail scratched your monitor trying to remove the stain on the middle C note

  • can i have the link to the file plz

  • woooooooooow love this!!!

  • Have one mistake! ;) (4:08 , left hand - not ais, but gisis! ;)

  • i learned to play this once but forgot... thanks to you i can learn it again! :D

  • Is it 'Synthesia" as in "synaesthesia"?

  • haha, that's like a guitar hero with a piano!

    Piano hero

  • @CrippledPotato Way better than guitar hero!! These are the real notes ^ ^

  • love it thanks so much

  • Jajaj buenísimo

  • bar 15 there is suppose to be b-note but there is #d, what is going on here!?

  • Hideous idea

  • is this software a good start for straight up beginners?

  • can someone tell my how to use your fingers XD :P i never understand that

  • I just wonder how you can take into account dotted note with this system. And Chopin's nocturnes left hand is full of dotted note...

  • the stupidest way to learn^^ learn to read score ^^

  • Wow... never knew they made a Piano Hero game... just kidding... good job on this... make another one and this at its true speed

  • Really hard work! I´ve not played for years (15):(

But I will learn, wonderful piece!

  • where i can download this MIDI???

  • What an interesting way to learn piano pieces...

  • I have synthesia but WHERE did you get this particular piece from? This is the only reason I even downloaded synthesia but can not find this anywhere...

  • guys please - it was uploaded to show you where all the notes are,not to be a concert sounding piece on a real piano

  • How u download this song for Synthesia? And put it in the songs....

  • Everyone can learn to play it like this, what about tempo, rubato, dynamic etc? this has no soul

  • @MetalAge19

Agree, but this is just the plain notes, you have to add the soul yourself.

  • @Djoelien Yea but isnt it easier to go to imslp.org find this piece and learn it? you cant just learn it by watching someone playing it..

  • @MetalAge19 well actually I do.

  • i dislike electronically produced piano because it lacks emotion.

  • Tetris!

  • is it possible to hook up a keyboard/piano to this software?

  • Thank you SO much for sharing this!!!

  • I think I like this song(I suppose that's what you'd call it) more at 50%, much more... calm.

  • Can you pretty please do a video for "in the halls of a moutain king?" PLEAASSEEE ive been wanting to play that since... well forever! :'( thankyou id <3<3<3 u forever if u cud!

  • Very Good job,

But they are few mistakes in the left hand !

  • what grade is this piece???

    wonderful...

  • @sinancans - its being debated that its grade 6-7

  • Chopin, the piano hero!

  • no help fullllllllll

  • i think Synthesia is reall cool, but i make my kids analyze the note sheets first, i think they learn it better that way, once analyzed they play from the sheet, but i will also start using this synthesia, but ill still use my method.. =) thanks for the link.

  • Ha, I like this! Half the speed! I'm not going to play it at a tenth of the speed. If you try hard, you can hear it in your head at regular speed. Great piece!

  • that was simply amazing.... thank you so much I managed to learn this song :)

    so thank you so much

    did you meant that?

  • Comment removed

  • It is really 8-)

  • cool!!!!!!!

  • hahaa this should be a game called piano hero

  • @jaybee2425460 Piano Villan

  • @jaybee2425460 Synthesia was actually called Piano Hero before Activision accused it of "trademark infringement, dilution and unfair competition" with the Guitar Hero brand.

  • @jaybee2425460 if i had a dime for everytime i heard that...

  • @jaybee2425460 agree 100% lol

  • @jaybee2425460

Actually it WAS called piano hero... they had to change the name because of copyright infrigment BS

  • @jaybee2425460 yeah if they found that out everybody would be like very good at piano that would be awesome and the cooler thing would be if you could chose ur own speed so you can learn the songs!! if they would found out the piano hero they would be rich in 1 day!!!

  • @jaybee2425460 yeeaaahhh!! that would be cool
