I have an hd3200 and this game isn't even playable on my laptop, i just tried to play hitman blood money and it too had a poor framerate, even on lowest settings. Though some other games like star wars empire at war run very nicely, is there something im missing here? could it be my cpu? AMD X2 QL-62

You should set all settings to high except models, shaders and shadows and see how it goes. It shouldn't really effect the performance but will make it look a lot better.

It's not good to play so i think it won't be able to play good with a radeon 3200

Jayokalov, the 8400GS and 8400M GS are terrible, I hate to say.

The little desktop I'm on now only has an 8400GS and I can't hardly play Half-Life 2 / Source Engine games...

My Foxconn A7DA-S 3.0 w/ AMD 790GX/SB750 (radeon hd3300 video) runs them better. And that's a kick in my teeth =P Wasted $20 on my 8400GS

Only monitors I have are a 21.5" ASUS VH226H @ 1080p Native, as well as a Vizio 32" 1080p native HDTV.

So if I'd run at a lower resolution, there'd be alot of "black" empty space on the screen. For some reason the 8400GS doesn't scale to fullscreen like it should =O

4000-4200 Cards are the equivalent of the 3200 card. What I mean to say is they're about as good as the 3200. Just a tad better, and they dont suck up as much battery for laptops. The 3200's a decent card.. The 4200 although can run directX 10.1 which is also a give in. If you want gaming although I have to suggest an ASUS gaming laptop.. They have them for 600 dollars. Im getting the HP CQ1Z in the next week or two. It has a 4200 card. Message me if you have any other questions.

I think that you're problem is that too much of the system ram is being used as shared video memory which leaves not very much for regular ram.

3200hd can run gta 4 decently so you should b able to run games like call of duty 4 at around 40 fps average. my x1600 runs it at 30-50 fps (full server)

I have a phenom II X4 black edition that is OC at 3.8ghz and it runs it fine...it depends on your graphics card. For example, paired with an hd4830, it will run it at high settings but not maxed out with full anti-aliasing.

It also depends which edition of the phenom you got. I am currently running the 955, which is awesome.

Okay guys i got an HD 4850 for 99bucks 84 after MIR for my crappy Gateway DX 4200 09. the phenom 9150e is bottlenecking it.

However with Crysis, i can go to 1440x900 and 1284x1024 at all high with over 30fps. while at very high, i get around 20 fps. this is with 2XAA. i havent run it yet OC but i am impressed with the results, knowing that my CPU sucks. but i am happy with these results. will keep u guys posted. I can run all my games on highest settings.

TBH this integrated card has impressed me. I am now prlaying Crysis v 1.21 on this card with my crappy Phenom X4 (1.8ghz) and i can do it at 1024x768 on low but with object and texture detail on medium and medium physics and i get sold fps. i'm sure i can tweak it a lil more

What I don't understand is that I can run crysis with my HD3200 dual core 2 GHz at all MEDIUM and to VERY HIGH settings without much of a problem. (1024x768) But other games like COD4 run terribly even at 800x600...
