I still remember General Dostum had already announced amnesty for those Taliban who surrenders in Kanduz. When Taliban gave in, his forces started misbehaving with prisoners. That make a Talib to detonate grenade. Taliban fought over a week without food and enough ammunition but in the end Dostum's forces slaughtered 700 prisoners because of 1 Talib's fault. One of great tragedies of human loss i still remember.
