@gigfydotcom Because most of the other provences don't have a billion dollors to spend on a baseball stadiun that most people won't use and noone has shown interest in moving a team like the did with montreal expos moving them to DC. and right now they are not really interested in going to playoffs their trying to get the right team to take. and then there are some teams that have never been to th playoffs or won a world seris.
