Actually you meet a lot of crazy people in Eugene, I mean you can always find crazy people wherever you go, but its like crazy people migrate to Eugene to add to the crazy people popullation percent. I mean you walk down town and every direction you look there is from 1-5 crazy people you can imidiately see!
@iobject well legal under local state law, but none the less ,Oregon resides in United States and the Fed Law still is in effect and is illegal, so if you play with pounds they'll come chasin you. But recreation use is fine, To describe Eugene would to start old timers, diversed unique youth, the blend of people and races are very equally, cause we're all just trying to get by :)

technically what these people are doing is legal under oregon medical marijuana law. im sure eugene is a neat place . i hope to visit soon.
