The vulcan tent at an airshow i went to also said that the vulcan only displayd at 14% of its scheduled displays but got 91% of its fly pasts...

You should read the proof before you argue in future...

28 successful displays .

17 displays cancelled (seven due to bad weather, 10 due to mechanical failure) .

Doesn't look like 86% to me .
