You don't need a new crank, just use a crank from an L99 4.3L v-8 found in the B-chassis cars. Look for VIN code W, and a single exhaust.

1.6 RR? Did you consider beehive springs and LS7 lifters when building it?

yes it has aluminum bowtie 1.6's on it, and there was no need for beehive springs as this cam has only a .523/.523" lift and the springs are capable of just over .600". the lifters are Crane hyd. roller.

went with the LT4 heads and intake also, just the bolt on top end kit. stock LT1 bottom end, excluding the oil pump.
