is there any way I can get a stencil made for me? I am a student and have no money for the entire system & supplies. I would like a small (about one square inch) logo for a guitar I built

I have some flame Decals I need to replicate in a model truck, And I dont want to use decals because the flames are very small, Can I make a stencil Of the flames and paint them on using these? Using Enamels or Lacquers?

Ok here's what I want to see.

I laserjet print to paper, then copiy it to transpancy with a hi quality photocopier (circuit board art must be perfect) then use positive method to transfer image to copper & develope. It works, but I'd rather skip the paper/coper stage.

Plz video the printer spitting out the transparency, then laying in over the purple sheets, 3 mins UV light exposure, developer wash and rinse, then silk-screen print something. Make it a long detailed video, I got lots of time.

There is no cutting with this new stencil.

I want to know how does this machine cut the letters: a b d e g o p q and R and the numbers: 4 6 8 9 and 0 out without the insides falling out? What are these letter attached to? On the video, check out the 20 40 stencil and the deer head. The zeros and the 4 are all there and the deer has a nose and eyes in the middle of no where. Amazing! If this machine really works it may be a good investment.

The insides don't fall out because there is a mesh between the layers we put together to hold on to the pattern you want. This is a great machine and I work with it every day.

stencil maker is a UV light source and a box stand that keeps the light away at a fixed distance (for repeatable results).

Trial & error will let you know exposure time of purple UV-sensitive material -VS- bulb distance and lamp intensity.
