yes, I believe it depends on the city that there contracted with.

@51ENGINE51 They run a 3 man engine. At station111, on shift C they have a Capt, engineer, and 3 paramedics. On the engine they have a Capt, Engineer, and 1 Paramedic, and on the squad they have 2 paramedics
