  • Hey, how do you adjust the band on this watch?

  • Fastest way to tell the time:

Count first the green led's, then count the yellow ones while they're falling, then glance at the red ones to get the hours.

  • does that time say 2:37??

  • how can i change battery?

  • great watch...i have this one its awesome...but its a little different...the FIRE

  • great watch...i have this one its awesome

  • There should be a blue dot under the red ones when it's pm as far as I know. That solves your guys "problems". Now will u people stop picking at each other like pigeons?

  • @loveskullz411

that was not my problem. :)

komjong wanted the am/pm feature so badly.

he needs that so much that he can't understand whether it's late morning or late afternoon without a watch.

  • Hello... Where do you buy it?

    Thanks!

  • I purchsed this watch off of ebay. it is a very cool watch. People always ask me about it. They ask me for the time simply to see how it works.

  • Cooool time is 2:53. But how do you distinguish between AM and PM???

  • @komjong

do you really need a watch that allow you to distinguish between AM and PM?

    How can you think it's 11pm when it's 11am?

  • @daniglue Yes. I travel a lot and time zones change. Understand now? ;)

  • @komjong

I travel "a lot" too, but still it's not that hard to understand if it's 7 am or 7 pm, unless I go to countries like Iceland where the sun light lasts for 20 hours.

And then again, if you travel a lot you should know this watch is not the best for your needs; you'll have to set the time manually each time you land to another country and this pretty much solves the first problem (understanding if it's am or pm).

By the way, this is not an appropriate watch for an am/pm person.

  • @daniglue I travel much more than you. AND HOW DARE YOU tell me what is appropriate to use. Control freak!

  • @komjong

:) ok, you travel much more than me (applause) but the point is always the same: am/pm is not necessary.

Please explain when in your life you really needed a device that points out whether if it's 8 am or 8 pm.

Come on, it's just a cool watch and it's a great accessory for geeks (don't take it as an offense), but nowadays all of us have at least a mobile phone and usually it's good enough to calculate time zones and if it's am or pm.

  • @daniglue I'm old school..Like looking at my wrist ,call me nostalgic if you will. I cannot tell you countless times i've awaken on a plane looked out my window and it was still dark albeit 8 AM!! When you begin to travel the corners of this planet as I have instead of the occasional Disneyland trip, Your advice may be taken seriously. SAYONARA ZETSUBOU SENSEI!

  • @komjong

    Oh, please...

Listen, I'm 24 and I've taken about 50 planes in my life.

I visited 5 different continents and 21 nations in total.

I believe you traveled 2x, 3x, 4x times than I did. I believe that and I'm not surprised, but trust me... whether I took a 2 hours flight or a 16 hours flight, I've never wondered if it's 8AM or 8PM for very simple reasons: I have a phone with me and I know what's the local time in the place I'm going to visit.

  • @komjong

Let's assume I leave at 8am from Roma to go to Osaka: I know the time difference is either +7 or +8 hours (DST). If I leave at 8AM, I should arrive when in Italy it's about midnight and in Japan is midnight +7/+8 hours: so, either 7AM or 8AM.

How the heck can I even think it's 8PM??? :s

Calculating the local time is so basic!

Time of departure + flight duration +/- the difference of your country with the one you're visiting.

    This makes me mad...

  • @komjong

    "SAYONARA ZETSUBOU SENSEI!"???

    なんで"さよなら絶望先生"?

    これこれ面白い。このことはちょっとださいみたい。

    私はちょっと日本語をしゃべる。"SAYONARA ZETSUBOU SENSEI!"はめちゃちがうです。

    :D

  • @daniglue Why did I quote this?? Your Japanese is not that good. You should keep practicing and maybe visit Tokyo one day. Umm Take a " chill pill" dude.

  • @komjong

My wife is Japanese, I lived in Japan for one year when I was 19 and visited the country 6 times in the last five years, but I'm not going to praise myself for this. :)

Using the title of a manga to show off your ability with foreign languages made you look like a retard... :)

Sorry, but I couldn't help telling you.

And yes, my Japanese is not that good yet.

My goal is to be more fluent in the next 2 years.

Being realistic is a good thing, sometimes.

  • @daniglue You are very obtuse. is your wife really Japanese? I don't think so.

  • @komjong

    What do you want?

You want to check our birth certificates?

Just let me know what you require and I'll send you a pm, so that you can make sure about our nationalities.

I might be obtuse, but I don't need a watch to understand if it's AM or PM.

That's a great skill, though 95% of the people in the world are in the same situation.

  • @daniglue Too much anime and cosplay for you my friend. LOL Turn the Computer off and live in reality not fantasy!!! If you truly want to you could really travel to Japan and perhaps really even marry a Japanese woman! At 24 you're too old to be a couch potato yet still young enough to LIVE YOUR LIFE!!! Get out and make it a reality!! "Carpe Diem!" - a La Dead poets society

  • luv the shinshoku watches. How much you pay for that? i want to get one too

  • Well, due to the vertical form factor of the watch I assumed that shooting it this way did it more justice (instead of holding it sideways). O, and haven't you heard? Tallscreen is supposed to be the next widescreen!

  • use landscape mode next time.
