And if they make the BioShock3, i hope it tells what happened with Eleanor. Maybe even make the main character be Eleanor since she's also a big sister. :D
@legendry307 Actually, BioShock 1 & 2 are in one universe, and BioShock Infinite in another. While Infinite may be set in a time prior to BioShock 1 & 2, it's its own game, no connection to the first two installments.
I hope they do that to all future BioShock titles. Keep the same concepts from all games, but have new themes, characters, settings, and storylines every game.

Bioshock was set in a dystopia based on 'Atlas Shrugged', so to appeal to right-wingers who weren't going to buy the game anyway, they made Bioshock set in a dystopia based on 'Animal Farm'. I'm gonna make a prediction x3 since Infinite takes place on the surface before Rapture is built, this game would be a introduction to the players on how the surface world (another universe) looks. After you're familiarized (say on Infinite 2), they take you back to Rapture because that's when the government discovered where Rapture is and a plan invasion to induct their techs onto themselves occur. That's when you play Mark, the Big Daddy (if you avoid killing him somehow) or crazy Dr. Splicer.
I wouldn't really call BioShock Infinite number 3. It doesn't have anything to do with BioShock except for gameplay. In that respect, you could call it System Shock Infinite.
I do realize that you created this before the actual trailer for infinite came out, and I appreciate your inthusiasm to state that it will still be Rapture-based, though, i'm sorry to say it's in the sky. I think this is beta version of the 2nd Bioshock. First news about Bioshock 2 was like "we'll play as detective and we have to save somebody's daughter, Rapture with zoo and underwater levels" I saw some videos 1.5 year or 1 ago from Bioshock but it wasn't first part or second they looked almost like this.

@herobomb25 bioshock infinite is not bioshock 3, it has nothing to do with rapture, and it has nothing from bioshock 1 or 2...it's just the beginning of a new series from bioshock. basically, when bioshock 3 comes out, it will have eleanor and splicers. think about that.

Other than that, Rapture is dead. No leader, mad people, no little sisters left ( at least a good chunk left) - which means no adam. Whiiiich means more crazed people. Then they will kill off the remaining big daddies, and who will fix Rapture from leaking?

I think this is beta version of the 2nd Bioshock. First news about Bioshock 2 was like "we'll play as detective and we have to save somebody's daughter, Rapture with zoo and underwater levels" I saw some videos 1.5 year or 1 ago from Bioshock but it wasn't first part or second they looked almost like this.
