Do some hand grinding, it'll put a little more size on those massive arms. You should preheat those airpots to keep it hotter longer. How can you measure when you dumped half of it over the measuring cup? Need to keep your filters in a plastic bag to keep clean and dust free.
You should think about portion grinding. Measure out what you need in beans and grind only that amount. Surely that grinder doesn't retain much and will be more accurate than what u do now!
