If yes, then why there are hundred thousands of overseas chinese protest against Dalai and the seperatists? They have free access to all kind of information.Monks in tibet are chosen from child, and usually no Han chinese can be admitted in Tibetan monasteries, as their name and apperance is different, so it is totally wrong to think that there are fake monks.

This is purely a conflict between branches of Tantra. It has nothing to do with the current Chinese govt. But the problem is, did Dalai Lama allow relegious freedom and respect human rights in Dharamsala. Is the exile govt. really democratic?

We know your Dholgyal worshippers are NKT, under Kelsang Gyatso, the false Geshe. We know about the murder of Lobsang Gyatso. We know about the Chinese support of NKT. The Tibetan community supports Dalai Lama, Karmapa and so on. Guru Drakpur (Padmasambhava) destroys your Shugden gyalpo with his mere appearance. Shugden is no enlightened protector. Shugden practise does not represent the school of Atisha or Tsongkhapa. This tactic to divide the Tibetan cause will fail. Shugden is sectarian.

Actually the CIA supported information gathering resistance in Amdo and Kham. Dalai Lama made them give up their weapons. 14th Dalai Lama has always supported nonviolence, and the Tibetan people have always listened and obeyed, which is why sovereign Tibet is still occupied today.
I know your culture teaches you differently, but it does not rely on Tibetan sources, only Chinese sources - and there is no justification for trusting a conqueror's version of history ... is there. Read more widely.

We know about the protests, why they happened, and why they ended. You should watch Undercover in Tibet, and notice that the military is everywhere. Which part of Tibet did you visit, where did you stay. Tibetans in exile don't prefer violence, that's just stupid. I am not informed by culture - rather by academic sources. You should try finding some Chinese history that references Tibetan historical documents, and not merely Chinese opinion. Your beliefs are informed by stupid Maoist lies.

If as you said, you were informed by academic sources, then you should have known Professor Barry Sautman, who did extensive research on Tibeten issues and cleared lots of rumors made by the exile. The more people read his book, the fewer people would trust your rumors.

There are several Western academics whose work is quoted by people who have not read widely enough. Parenti, Grunfeld, and so on - Sautman fits in nicely with this tradition of deliberate misinformation. Sautman's sources were refuted by Levine some years ago - come on, citing Xinhua? - and you don't have to live in China to hold the Chinese historical view, which is informed by nobody more thoroughly than Mao. This is my point. All have defied Mao or gave him up - the Tibet issue is a disgrace.

Yes, and they acknowledge that they made a tactical error by stopping the operation. I've seen that video. You should watch Undercover in Tibet. I don't know why the wonderful Chinese people who've generally seen through the stupidity that was Mao, and then the reforms of Deng, still cling to what Mao's clique said about Tibet, and still cling to Mao's rationales for the 'improvement' of Tibet. China is a great place and has grown a lot since the Revolution, but the issue of Tibet is a disgrace.
