So, just wondering, why does the guy at the end of the video say, "no van a solucionar el problema que ocasionaron con los cubrebocas, bolas de pendejos?" what is he referring too??

It was actually a protest right across the presidency that was going on because the mexican government is going to allow the US to train its soldier "school of the americas" style. Plus they were demanding better jobs etc etc. he saw a couple of people pass by and he makes the comment. I think it goes well because it speaks volumes on the mexican situation.
