Take out your tape measure and get your inches recorded!   • Hi Teresa :) So I really want to lose weight as fast as possible and get more toned and healthy and I just seen ur videos for the first time and think they r absolutely great! I was wondering how long I would have to do this in order to seee results and what would u recomend the type of excersise I should do that would mainly target belly fat? Thanks for all the help!!
