@DemiiBree They're a bit repetitive but the first is good. Dexter in the books is more what an actual serial killer would be like (as in more impulsive at times). But the show is much, much better. In the books its always first person Dexter and the characters are really two dimensional. Like I said the first is a good read if for nothing else read it to see how well the show followed and improved upon it.

I do really enjoy these though I don't like is the inconsistencies. He's using dialogue he learned later in life(with his psycho gf he started using "the dark passenger") & in later seasons he makes many references to having not met anyone who knew what he did or makes no mention of even having a minor connection like he has with the ice truck killer & later Miguel Prado. Based on this he has had both before he graduated. Perhaps the novels ties that all together better than the TV series does.

@LewwSpally87 In the books he uses different methods to get rid of the bodies, but I think in here might be cuz they´re showing how dexter was evolving, he´s still learning how to do things "properly".

@Drarack i doubt ever because I don't think gamers want to spend hours setting up a room for a kill, maybe 20 minutes catching the guy, 1 minute to kill, 10-30 minutes cutting up body, 10 minutes driving a boat to dump parts, then 10 hours of the rest of the game that's mixed in being playing with Harrison, talking to Deb, cleaning his room, etc.....Sounds more like a maid simulator with a splash of tedious killing thrown in. lol. Awesome show though.

I love this early glimpse into his first kills, it really makes you appreciate how far he's come since then. Whether he can admit it to himself or not, there's heart and soul there that keeps that dark passenger in check. Born in blood but reborn through his father's love and devotion his table become an alter to honor his father's sacrifice.
