I have to assume that you are currently unemployed. The ad states unemployment is UP 48% (notice the symbol in front of 48% EVERY TIME IT IS SHOWN). The number comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and starts from when the speech was given (Nov 2008 through May 2011). The statistics are available for anyone to see. They are not disputed.

I have to assume that you are currently unemployed. The ad states unemployment is UP 48% (notice the symbol in front of 48% EVERY TIME IT IS SHOWN). The number comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics and starts from when the speech was given (Nov 2008 through May 2011). The statistics are available for anyone to see. They are not disputed.

@mitchthemich I dislike Bush, I dislike Obama, I dislike them because both have contributed to our huge debt and because both are morons. Obama is not fixing our crisis because in order to do so he would have to do real cuts and that could make him look bad to ignorant people (majority of voters) . This up coming election is not about party`s, both are corrupt, but not all politicians in those party`s are. So please take your time and research Obama and our presidential nominee`s.

@omiolo Rick Perry believes in very different things than Ron Paul. I doubt real supporters who know the differences would follow Perry. The polls showed Perry had a huge lead before he even had an interview, proof the MSM can push a candidate.

@omiolo Firstly, I speak for myself. Why must you try and categorize everything and assume everyone is the same? Maybe you should ask them. I would guess however that they do not understand the differences between the candidates, and maybe they are succumbing to the media's endorsement of Perry. If you have questions about Paul's stances, I'd be happy to elaborate the reasoning of his answers for you.

@omiolo I wouldn't think the die-hard supporters would be jumping ship, maybe just people that didn't have a clue to begin with. I'm not sure why voters who stand by principle would vote for someone who tells all 12yr old girls they must get government injections, or someone who says that he can't be bought for only $5,000. Ron Paul isn't bought by anyone, sorry.

@omiolo Polls do not ask which candidate you liked before. Maybe everyone left Romney, Bachmann, Cain, etc. and went to Perry. In any case, I'm not interested in what others do - I won't jump off a bridge if I see others do it. I think for myself and answer for myself, so if you have questions for me, I'd be glad to answer.

Romney's poll numbers are essentially the same before and after Perry. Ron Paul's polls have dropped dramatically once Perry entered the race. Not only that, look who Ron Paul is going after. Don't be the last one to jump to Rick Perry.
