Awesome & Inspiring Victory! It's wonderful that you took the time to create such a great video set. There is a (literally) untold number of people who take on this route (or parts of it) and don't take the time to record the journey. This is a great country that is open for exploration for those who chose this path. & For those who get inspired to follow their footsteps, please share your journey.
Hell yea you guys are awesome haha. I would love to do something like this, Im thinking about building my own Canoe and doing some traveling that way.
Awesome,I watched all 5 videos. A well planned south to north 2700 miles! Canoe quest or Vision Quest in Canada is tradition 1000s of years old for all ages to take. You received the wolves howl to mark the honorable conclusion of your journey, I am sure you also gained peace with yourself, something few can say. Well earned and an Inspiration. Canoe Canada folks, and take a northern route for fewer portages and more wildlife...Bravo Voyageurs!
WOW! Real trip for real men. I'm Cdn.and a wilderness canoeist, and am damned impressed. But Bowman! why was bent paddle used backwards? Also please learn how to pronounce "portage". Yours was like saying "bonjewer y'all" for "bonjour". If anyone says you didn't truly cross Canada as we end at the north pole ask them to show you the rest of the canoe route! (won't happen!). You guys are tough and savy enough to be honourary (note the u),, Canadians. Bravo and you can paddle with us anytime!
Wow! you guys did a great job on this film. I just read a book about retracing the mackenzie trip which was very similar....your film was much much better. whats next?
Totally awesome guys!! You guys are my new heroes. Yes.. you are! This video was awesome... and it's hard to believe what a tiny percentage of your trip it is! Great work in condensing it down to 40+ minutes or so!
I was so relieved to see the current in your favour for once! It seemed like you guys were lining upsteam WAY too often!
Again... amazing job!!! Thanks again for taking the time to shoot it and piece it together. I especially liked your time-lapse footage! Your video was awesome.
Very nice guys! I usually do Algonquin Interior, but my son is now 16 and I am thinking of taking him on a similar cross canada run. I'd love to email yas and get some points of view and info.
Great job, guys! Thank you so much for sharing this. I felt as if I was with you and I wish I was. Great editing and music too. It's so good to see brothers getting along so well. That is a trip you will remember for a lifetime. Bravo!
Wow! Thanks for putting this video together. Really enjoyed being part of the trip. That last river just made the whole trip. You are lucky to have each other and this experience in your lives.
Nice suprise Rock show at the end ! It is good to see you guys still got along as brothers after spending a summer together! You should be proud ! Thanks for bringing your adventure to our Home.Great job of self videoing your trip too.
And i thought five days on the Boundary Waters was rough... Er, the portages that is... The Bear and Wolf playing together was uh um... Hmmm, that's uh... Wow...
