I'd say the old guy still came out ahead in the end. Now he has a young body and he probably added 60 years to his life. Isn't 60 more years of life worth a few million dollars? Now he has good looks and plenty of time to make more money and find a new girl. He didn't want the original girl anyways if she was only interested in money.
