  • Which year is this?

  • @biondakk22 1998

  • Brave was their finest hour.

  • i love marillion

  • Nossa, que voz maravilhosa desse homem e interpretação cheia de emoção. vemcar só eu que acho o Sr. H lindo?

  • Just love those eyes

  • Marillion.....one under-rated group....they are AMAZING!

  • great song!

  • Marillion is the only progressive-rock band I know and do love. Fish is bloody great singer..he is fantastic performer. ..but I 've lost myself in steve hogarth's sexyness...of couse he's amazing singer too.

  • I don't understand why marillion & Fish never get proper media attention. They are both superb artists. Something with American media outlets..too corporate driven. The "Suits" decide what we should listen to. In other words, no money can be made on anything that dosen't follow a certain musical formula. U2, for example are very overrated, yet they are a cash cow for the corporate music scene...living off the name rather than the music.

  • @gowestward1 U2 have made some fantastic albums to secure that popularity, but I do agree about Marillion

  • @gowestward1 it's a simple answer...Mtv. They created the grunge scene, they made U2 and Bruce Springsteen into more than they ever should have been, then grabbed ahold of the rap scene, and pretty much minimized all real forms of music for ethnocentrism, and college radio ineptitude. Bands like Marillion and dream theater suffered because of this.

  • @Musiclogic I agree, but I have to add that Grunge was a cultural and musical revolution of Seattle of the late 80's/90's. It was a spontaneous manifestation of musicians and young folk looking for a way to go back to the roots. Used clothing/rock line up (as opposed to the awful mainstream music of the time: Technotronic, etc) Then the marketeers got hold (MTV, etc) making the Grunge movement a thing of "coolness". Once it became massive, it's spirit died out. The death of K. closed the era.

  • @penelopeat8pm Sorry P, there was nothing spontaneous or "organic' about the Grunge scene, it was a developed and cultivated scene. Mother Love Bone was the general impetus of the hippie/drug wannabe 60's esque grunge thing, and at the time, there were 3 bands in the Seattle Area doing the downtrodden, oversimplified music thing, MLB was the one to get noticed. Kurt Cobain was still playing Hair metal when Andy overdosed for the first time, and Eddie Vedder wa a VJ in training at MtV

  • steve hogarth is a great singer and is cute

  • another fantastic track.....to think i stopped listening when Fish left - what a mistake. They have moved on and are a much better band with some unbelievably brillianf songs - love it

  • Lifesonesque, Rothery's solo with a Les Paul!

  • basically, Marillion rules

  • fi kiss little boys thingys

  • In den 90s I didn't like the stayle of this song. The rough guitar was so different from the other emotional guitar sounds I knew from Marillion. But nowadays I love this song and it is so amazing that they are changing from album to album. Just great!!!

  • song after song, it doesn't quit.... and yet another amazing track from Marillion here. This band is so fantastic.

  • Excelente álbun

  • RADIATION! One of my top 5 Marillion albums.

  • and nionionionio

  • Listen to "BRAVE" (The Album) and tell me they are no longer prog geniuses since FISH left.

  • Brave.... still moves me to tears Happens when you find the one, and she's broken.. Fish may have deeper lyrics, H still brings the emotion. I was worried when they split, but loved that I had 2X the joyful noise, after hearing Season's End and Vigil.

  • BRAVE = Amazing... I listened to it last night in pitch black, insanely loud... Took it to a whole new musical level...

  • or Marbles!

The Invisible Man, Ocean Cloud & Neverland!!!!

  • There is just something about that man, the band, I have witnessed loads through the years, all excellent and both very different " Fantastic Place" I just Adore, The Album was released just after I returned from my first Holiday abroad. To Prague With Vykky, we walked hand in hand across charles bridge as it started to snow... Fantastic Place. Not with Vykky any more, but teh band and Vykky make the song..

  • Don't know about H being the best thing ever to happen to them -Fish era was fantastic - but in fact we are lucky to have been in two "fantastic places" are we not?

  • amen :D

  • @damidob well phrased!!
