Just wondering if you could do a video on how to find a good hairstylist thats right for you ie do experience levels matter that much? if you switch hair stylists should you tell the other? what are some things to look for or questions to ask?

I'm in the process of finding a hairstylist and haven't had much luck finding one thats right for me...
