When you removed the rear taillight assemblys, Did you just rip out the round flat plugs from the top or the metal? The book says too drill out the rivits? is that the round plugs that hols the shroud on?

i havent been able to get my 240zs engine or carbs to take in air i havent been able to get any combustion can anyone help...
