What is the deal with "going back to 6-1?" I remember playing this game, and after "breaking the control," which had turned the father into the "masked devil," letting Jaquio beat me once, then going back to 6-3 to collect the Jump and Slash which would take him out easily, and then repeating 6-3 a third time for the final battle. I never had to go back to 6-1. What are people talking about?
On the original game, you can hold the down arrow while in the air to cancel the sword swing animation and just go all Hundred Hand Slap on the son-of-a-gun. I haven't played NGT in a looooooooooong time, so I don't remember if you can do that in this version or not. :-)

I have two questions. What happen if you die on the third boss (do you go to stage 6-1)? And what does it mean NGT?

NGT= Ninja Gaiden Trilogy (the SNES compilation). As for going back to 6-1, I honestly can't remember if that only happens on the NES version or not.
