over this bike is amazing but i hit right big jumps which this bike is soposed to be meant for and i broke the cranks clean off!!! i would recoment upping to better cranks. but if you dont they are covered under warrenty.

Yeah i agree with solc0ne, it can be troubeling you in the begining since you are not used to it, but that only takes a week or so and you'll be riding like you've never had gears :).

It's absolutely a street bike without any doubt, although if you are riding at advanced levels you would prefer a lighter bike for street. I strongly recomend you to buy this bike, due to its shape, its very easy to handle and the single speed works like a charm. You'll have endless fun with it, best of luck.

How does this bike act when you are out streeting? Is it easy to handle? Been wondering now for a couple of days if i should get rid of my BMX (its to small for me ;P) and start up with dirt instead,, but i also want the chance to ride the streets and like yo that!

It's very easy to handle when you get the grip on it, you have to get used to the shape and weight etc, learn to use the weight of the bike for movement. when you've done that, it feels like you've lost half the weight of it.

I'm using mine for street only, love it. :)!

It's a perfect bike, get it as soon as possible, you won't regret it :D.

It's a 70cc CADET18T hidden inside the frame, top speed is about 55 km/h, although you can tune it to about 80 km/h if you add an exhaust system to it.

It is pretty easy to handle due to it's easy handled frame, getting it off the ground isnt that hard although it is a bit heavy, all about being used to it. :D

The full front brake system (so the rotor, bolts, caliper, cable, lever, etc) comes to about 450g, possibly a little more.

DJ3's are about 2850g, my Recons are 1900g.

So all in all I've saved about 1.4kg! Trust me, it feels much nicer and jumps MUCH better than stock!

I also took those white grips off and put my black Spank grips on, much nicer xD

The pedals aren't plastic they're a metal alloy! Really light, they feel lighter than my old V8's but I can't be sure. They grip pretty well!

Bought the bike this morning, it's such a sweet ride! Swapped the DJ3's over for some Recons as they're about 850grams lighter. Took the front break off, etc, and dear god it rides nice.. Such a good geometry too, manuals really easy!

Haha, it's not realy a mountain bike, called DirtJumper :D. Nah i doubt that it would work downhill, droppoffs would do good but not downhill, if you are going for that, buy the p2 cromo, then you'll have the same bike by looks, "almost", but also 4 gears. The weight of this bike in stock shape is 14,6 kilogram. NP :)
