  • I very like the transition move you do between each position. That look like a little bite of the brasilian gimnastica natural.

  • You sure don't spend any time holding the pose before doing another one.

  • Prasara yoga puts an emphasis on flowing transition between the poses as much as the poses themselves; in this way it has a lot to do with the conditioning exercises in kalaripayattu (the ancient Indian martial art, arguably the mother of all Eastern martial arts).
