  • maybe her lazy ass will change it herself next time, her own fault for taking it somewhere not qualified

  • Comment removed

  • wanna know why walmart is so cheap? because they dont give a rats ass and hires dumbasses who dont know what they're doing

  • that woman was pretty damn hott!!! big tits!!

  • lol is this y i stand there and watch mechanics work on my truck wen i dont wana work on it? there was only one time that i wasnt there to watch em and wen i got my truck back the front end was shaking..looked under my truck and they had taken out the bolts to my front differential case and ddnt put them back in.

  • Thats why i change my own oil

  • Stupid woman. NEVER take your car to Walmart, Midas, Sears, Meineke, Monro, Jiffy Lube or any other quick lube places. Their main goal is to get as much money from you as they can without using a trained technician to do the service. I get oil changes at the Honda dealer where I bought my car for 26.95 all the time and it gets done properly, pretty reasonable if you ask me.

  • Whats fucked up is Wal-Mart will spend way more money fighting you in court then it would to just buy you a brand new car.

  • Wal-Mart is a beast. We all made it the monster it is. Never take your automobile there to be serviced.

  • wtf do you expect when you get a oil change done at walmart... have you never hear you get what you paid for?!? Does it not sound a little fishy when you can get your oil changed tires rotated and brakes checked for 6 bucks... One quart of oil alone is almost 5 bucks, IDK about you but that does not add up spend the extra 15 bucks get it done at a real reputable shop and shit like this wont happen

  • thay killed the engin in my dads car. did not drain out the old or filled two times any way twice the amount of oil after wal-mart blone out main seal. i do all auto work my self and all the auto work of any friend that dose not know how to them self be smart and DIY Craftsman tools will save you thousands in only a short time

  • I saw on one of their Vidoes posted that shows an unknown bottle being used. right from the walmart store cam. Used oil? OH EPA... Walmart is asking for you!

  • I love how this lady doesn't go absolutely ape-shit soccer-mom about it and just talks like a sane human being. Not like many of Walmart's customers, of course.

  • Wtf type of open line is that, can a simple oil change cause an engine to blow.. FUCK YA IT CAN. Not put any in will do ALOT of bottom end damage. Its even worse when people who know nothing about cars have shit like this happen because they are clueless.

  • $258,000,000,000 Company, can't spare $1000 for an engine

  • You aren't going to save money on Wal Mart oil changes anymore. $32. I still get oil changes from $13.00 to $22.00

  • that'll teach ya to get yer car worked on at a grocery store

  • Im a very busy man and have no time to change the oil myself, everytime i take my car somewhere to get an oil change, i ALWAYS check the dip stick afterwards to double check it has oil.

  • I buy all of my oil & filters from Walmart because they have the best price around. I would NEVER have Walmart perform ANY work on my vehicles though. They have a bad history of questionable oil changes & have been known to cause damage when installing tires. I wouldn't trust those monkeys to touch my lawnmower. Walmart is a "entry level" job where you receive entry level service. It's pretty obvious they forgot to fill the engine with oil after draining it.

  • i worked in the tle at walmart for 8 years. ive seen this happen before. it does sound like they didnt put oil in it.

  • she probably ran it out of oil before she went in there and decided to blame it on them

  • It is good to check the dipstick to see if oil is there after an oil change. As Russians say trust the person but check for yourself as well.

  • Asked to see the tape?? Walmart is well known in federal courts for misplacing (destroying) video evidence that shows that they could be in the wrong.

  • I work at a lube center. cheap is not always better. convenient, yes. But you get what you pay for. a higher priced oil change gets more security because where you go for that oil change, they take pride in their employees that they take the necessary procedure to ensure all services were done completely and correctly. Walmart is garbage. go to a lube center thats its found profession is in the lube industry for many years and you cant go wrong.

  • @darockwilda915 - Oh, you mean like this? watch?v=Hae66aBW3lQ

  • @xIntoThePitx yeah jiffy lube has a shitty reputation.

  • If the service manager did say it was down a quart of oil, that would not cause engine oil starvation. If the engine did starve of oil, the first parts that would fail first is the connecting rods, and wrist pins. I am supprised the lifters were not the first to fail since they also are the last componets to recieve engine oil and thus oil starvation.

  • WalMart represents everything that is wrong with this country.

  • shouldve taken it to the dealer in the first place.

  • They offered a $30. gift cert in Wal-Mart.

  • 2012 Award for the MOST Depressing store goes to ---> WALL_CHINA_MART !

And the people stand up and and get MORE benefits from Socialist Oboma taking from those who work.

People who Love this store, are Oboma supporters because they DO NOT work!

They should start sterilizing people on disability, foodstamps/welfare or take their FREE money away. Every time you see these LOSERS they are knocked up with 4-5 kids of different colors...

  • @rtx2020wi And there people out there who need disability because they cannot work (Myself included, 4 broken vertebrae) but cannot get it. So i am stuck drowning in debt so lazy fucks can mooch. I work at subway so God's sake.

  • @rtx2020wi Your a fucking retard seriously your should be sterilized. Not everyone on disability etc is milking the system, seriously grown the fuck up. Come to me ill gladly kick your ass

  • @rtx2020wi your not too smart. you stereotype too much. and blaming it on obama is just an excuse for ones mistakes. its not at all as it seems.

  • The USA is BANKRUPT, are Americans so stupid thinking shopping at this 100% CHINA made trinket store is going to finish it off.

Wall-CHINA-Mart rakes in BILLIONS of dollars from TAX payers with subsidy's paid for by people who WORK. I dare say, 50-60% of the grocery money is from Welfare/Foodstamps and people on Disability but they can have sex, get pregnant (of course not married).

If someone can have sex, by gosh they can work.

  • Pretty dumb blond. All of Wal-Mart's bays have video surveillance. So when they show it in court, she is going to look even more dumb.

  • If you have no oil, then the oil light will never go off right??? It is preety dumb not to look at that in the dashboard, it is never just start and go. Im DIY guy, when i go to a shop, im allways near, watching, and inspecting my car!

  • @CzarWilkins Same here man, I like to do everything myself. Sometimes I don't have expensive tools like shops do so I let them do the work. But you bet i'll stop by and see how things are going during the repair. I'm not a fix all mechanic, but I know when a dealership is trying to give me the run around for parts I don't need.

  • @CzarWilkins i dont really trust thoes light on my dash sometimes i feel like there not working properly

  • ive been a full time mechanic for about a year and weve had a few cars come in that some of these quicky oil chance places have screwed up. one place actually caught the engine on fire by trying to take off the oil cap on a ecotech engine, hitting the fuel line and then the battery. another time the oil change place forgot the put the oil cap on the engine causing about 2-3 qts of oil to blow all over the engine. these places pay minimum wage so you get what you pay for.

  • Hmm... I am another brainwashed minion who believes the USA is too expensive. So I will go to a small business destroying CHINESE importing depressing cell pool.

Now my car no longer runs, hmm... maybe I can sit at home now and collect foodstamps, get disability and look right at HOME in the CHINA-Mart with the other NON-working people who shop at that rat hole.

Next time, do us all a favor and just sit at home on welfare/foodstamps and buy CHINESE trinkets...

    NEXT --->

  • 4 BILLION a day is what the National debt with NO slowing down.

Question: Will idiot people still be racing to this DEPRESSING store that sells CHINESE made trinkets at UNION prices when the country is BANKRUPT?

The USA will not survive forever going at this rate, yet idiots continue to buy this CHINESE made garbage by the truck loads.

LOOK in the mirror blame yourself for the fact the economy is going bust.

The USA is now CHINA States

  • Get an attorney to fight Walmart...a damn GOOD one!

  • According to the customer, (saving money & living better) involves paying for a destroyed engine and attorney fees.

Looks like you should pat yourself on the back, more quality CHINESE trinkets from your CHINA-MART!!!

  • Comment removed

  • that almost happen to me but i caught it time. Never going back there again! I just go to a drive thru style oil change place that never needs appoinment and i stand there literally 4.5 feet away from the tech watching every single move

  • I once had a bad oil change experience at a Chevrolet Dealership back in 1998. At that time I owned a 1992 Chevrolet Camaro. I had a Brand New engine installed in the Camaro at a cost of over $3000. It was due for its first oil change so I took it there, and had them change it. I drove it home after they were done, and the oil plug fell off when I was driving home, & all my oil drained out. I turned if off before the engine before it got damaged, and they had to replace the drain plug & the oil

  • ANSWER the question:

'Did you save money & live better' after paying a lawyer trying to save a dollar and it cost you THOUSANDS now that is smart...

  • you have to be a friggin idiot to not be able to change your own oil, just sayin

  • Change it on your own its not hard to do.. Locate the oil drain plug, drain the oil, take out the filter, replace the filter, put plug back in, fill with oil.

  • That why I get my own oil and filter jack my car with ramps and do my own oil change (use engine oil is good for oil furnace or chainsaw lubrification)

  • Dude sue walmart

  • @silverstreak492 I'm pretty sure they have a massive team of lawyers

  • Its expensive to be dumb !

  • Instead of going through all this, time money, and lawyer, just buying a new engine would be the same if not cheaper than all this.

  • whoever takes they're vehicle to WALMART deserves to have their engine blow. because walmart does not deserve to exist let alone touch anything mechanical. people need to stop trying to save 7 dollars on an oil change. your vehicle is the last thing you want to try to save pennys on when it comes to this kind of stuff

  • everybody go in to wallmart and break something.black friday you can bust alot of stuff,we need to kill this giant

  • If they are not liscened then they can hire any idiot to work on your car. They wont release the video that means they were in the wrong and most likely erased it. I would never take my car to wal-mart for one thing I can change the oil myself.

  • The USA is coming to an end, its love affair with Chinese made imports collapsed it.

  • lack of lubrication has to be pretty severe for "valve" damage like the mechanic said there was. Engine cooling is 85 - 90% contained in the actual cooling system not the lube system, how can even an engine with no oil in it overheat in 20 minutes?

  • Should have bought REAL quality German and/or American made vehicle to being with.....

  • ANSWER the question:

Did you save money & live better after you shopped there?

We are still waiting on an answer.

  • @astrid14999 answer this question why would you take your car to get the oil changed to the same place you buy your food from it just does not make any sence that u would have a wrench turn on your car and get your food to

  • @astrid14999 Walmart is an outlet of Chinse garbage, you get what you pay for!

  • I didn't even know wallmart changed oil and tires...

  • I never have understood why people neglect or find the cheapest possible maintainence for the second most expensive investment they make.

  • USA economy is BANKRUPT.

Finish it off with more CHINA made junk.

  • @astrid14999 hondas are jap :P

  • @waterloo794 maybe next time you should look at your so called american car and see where its made. hondas are 100% built and assembled in the united states you dipshit

  • @mysqueeker

No they arent, honda's are still produced over seas DUR DA DUR

  • @sharpshot411 obviously you don't know how to read DUR DA DUR. Once you learn how to read go to a HONDA dealer and look at the manufacture tag on the inside door panel of the driver side door panel. My 98 accord was manufactured in Marysville Ohio.

  • @sharpshot411 besides i do not have time to argue with a pre pubescent fucktard that has the IQ of a sewer rat. i take that back a sewer rat is smarter.

  • @mysqueeker

Pre-pubescent? Lol Im 20 years old , AND I know about marysville started out as a honda motorcycle plant and turned in to a car manufacturing plant in the mid 80's .... a few car are produced there most are acura .. CARS ARE STILL PRODUCED IN JAPAN, more than 70% of honda's cars are made over in japan. You really think your just talking to some random dumb kid?

  • @sharpshot411 Obviously so because your still not correct.

  • @mysqueeker

You really are dumb I sent you a message , now stfu and realize your a dumb hill billy

  • @mysqueeker

Some models of honda for the american market are made here.... The accord is made here has been for 10 years because its not exported for sale its a big ugly pos car. BUT such a fine mechanic like you should know that *rollseyes*

  • @sharpshot411 ROFLMAO i love short bus people. so young, yet they think they know more than someone twice their age with a college education. it is ignorant people like you sharpshot411 that will always be the downfall to society. Have fun living your trailer park dream.

  • @mysqueeker

Your 40 years old make youtube videos and try to say im wrong and Im the inferior person. Didnt realize the white mountains and condo's were the white mountains. Have fun though remember half your life's over and Im and already know more but your a dumbass so Im not wasting my time anymore. JUst sent you a link dumbass and you still deny im right.

  • @sharpshot411 you know nothing about me. aside from your stupid remarks and my posts back at you, you have clearly shown that you are ignorant, arrogant, and pull websites from wiki. Even though you have the site from honda directly staring you right in the face saying completely opposite what you are saying. do us all a favor shut up, stop wasting comment space on this dudes wall and go away. Your comments have no bearing on this video.

  • @mysqueeker

Honda's for the usdm market are made here.... thats the ridgeline accord and odyseyy . What the hell does wiki have to do with it ?. Your dumb dont even bother responding im just going to ignore your ignorant white trash .

  • @sharpshot411 bout damn time. and according to you i might be white trash. but at least i excel from you which is white trailer trash.

  • Here are the FACTS:

This store is loaded full of 100% CHINA made TRINKETS and people cannot wait to go there and buy WORTHLESS DRECK!

The USA is collapsing economically, the jobs are disappearing are you going to be living better when you are on the street?

America is running on MONEY FROM CHINA, and CHINA is not happy with America they will cut the flow eventually and/or DUMP the treasury notes CRASHING the DOLLAR!

It will take wheelbarrows full of US Currency to shop at this DUMP then.

  • PLEASE answer the question:

Did you save money & live better.

Did you receive CHINA made TRINKETS for all of your troubles.

Did you receive a condolence card in MANDARIN CHINESE?

    WE NEED TO KNOW.

    Sincerely,

    NO-CHINA

  • I took a car to Wally World for an oil change once. It had 3000 miles on it. Yeah I had just bought it a couple months before and the "tech" said my tires were worn out and tried to sell me a set of tires. I showed him the new tires on the car and his response was "huh". He stared at his lil paper gauge confounded and I left. I was the only person there so it wasn't from another car. Screw everything about that dump.

  • I wouldn't let Wally World put a valve cap on.

  • It's because it's a Honda...All newer cars have oil warning lights. If her car had NO oil in it, the light would have been on. If her car was one quart low, she wouldn't have noticed in 15 minutes...This lady was trying to scam them in my opinion.

  • @TiconderogaX And how was she trying to scam them? If Shaking or noise was going on before she took it in for the oil change they would have noticed it when they pulled it into the bay and would have said something about it. But if they started the car with no oil and let it run it would damage it and there would be no hiding it.

  • @panik808 It's a Honda, when is it not shaking and making a noise? Who says she didn't put something in there herself to get a new car from them?

  • @panik808 it does not say it was shaking and making noise at idle generally they dont run faster than 1000 rpms

  • @cornfed123567 were you paying attention to the vid she said it at the :45 mark. And have you ever heard what a spun bearing or valve damage sounds like at idle?

  • I have four vehicles and I always change my own oil. It takes 10 minutes a vehicle and when I am done I know the job was done correctly. I also use a much better oil filter the any shop does.

  • walmart and jiffy lube suck.. they are not mechanics they know nothing about cars i dunno why people even label them as mechanics or technicians their just a bunch of retards who think their mechanics when they only know how to do a sissy lil oil change

  • Ive never taken any of my cars to Walmart and i never will. I try not to buy anything from them and buy locally whenever possible.

  • I have to ask the question....

Did you save money & live better???

    We have to know.

    thanks

  • Wall-CHINA-Mart supports slave labor, everything they sell is CHINA made, pretty disgusting.

  • I don't shop at wal-mart at all and everyone knows it's modern day slavery. Wouldn't let wal-mart even change the air filter in my car, let alone touch my engine bay.

    WRX Owner

  • do like the just lubes do in Canada ;they show you the dipstick before you drive away ...duh!

  • i noticed walmart say's they support the troops but they do not offer a military discount

  • Mistake #1

    You bought an import vehicle.

    Mistaken #2

You shop at a 100% CHINA trinket flea market.

    Mistake #3

You cannot drive your IMPORT car to your IMPORT store, now you are unemployed living off the Gob'ment on welfare/foodstamps.

Now you fit the Trinket Mart shopper profile.

    Next ---->

  • @merkal90000 Harsh but all true! lol

  • @zestydude87

    you got that right!

  • If you want CHINA made trinkets line up, you can enjoy them when your country collapses in economic ruin.

    Will you save money then?

  • Why the hell would you go to walmart to get your car serviced???? MOST of their employees have down syndrome or some type of birth defect...

  • walmart didn't tighten the oil filter on my truck when i left after having an oil change i droped all the oil out of the engine on the way home

then i took the truch to my mechanic he figured out the filter had not been tightened , i went back to walmart they said everything had been done properly and refused to do anything but offer me another oil change, like i would ever trust them with a vehicle again.

  • walmart rocks, i mean your car rocks when they dont put oil in....

  • Thats why you dont take your shit to walmart. Good luck getting a fucking nickel out of wamarts tight ass.

  • @CockYaLegS If Walmart swalled a quarter, you would be lucky to get a dime to pop out the other end...

  • i bought walmarts LIFETIME balance + rotation on each tire. one time payment of $15 each. i have them bal+rotate every spring and again in the fall (it's the only thing i will let them touch). they use a torque wrench to tighten the lugs - i watch them from the waiting area. it's a hell of a bargan. my tire wear is even and i have no vibrations or funny pulls.

  • @onenikkione

Beware of this, they are a Wall-CHINA-Mart PROPAGANDA person, they pretend they use CHINA products from this store of lost American Dreams & Jobs.

CHINA now owns the USA or the United States of CHINA

  • Their oil is shit anyway. It's bulk recycled oil and you don't know what your getting. That came from a walmart employee.

  • I used to work at Walmart's TLE and yeah, this really happens. When I was there for 6 months, I've seen cars leave without oil serveral times and I know they had to buy 3 engines.

  • I've gotten oil changes at a Walmart in Lansing, MI ... To do it quicker, they keep the engine running while they take out the drain plug, then drain the oil and THEN shut the car off.

Every single vehicle I've taken there (3 vehicles) left their shop with the check engine light on, when it wasn't on before pulling into the shop.

  • @MTUboi86 ...The check engine light was from them draining the oil with the engine running

  • The lady probably had a blown head gasket before she went in there and didn't notice the effects until after the oil change, can a valve with insufficient lubercation actually cause a head to get hot enough to warp?

  • Obviously they didnt fill the fucking oil, the mechanic said this due too a lack of oil and thats why its fucked, i dont know why they can't just own up to it. Right, so what happened to the oil then? The lady came there to get an oil change, drained the oil in the parking lot and came back for shits and giggles and to give walmart a hard time just for the fucking hell of it?

  • Germany does not do business with CHINA period.

    We are not idiots.

  • People in the USA love CHINA it speaks volumes look at the IDIOTS who defend a company that has destroyed your economy.

Can you speak Chinese you may want to brush up on it.

    Ha ha ha ha ha

Buy a CHINESE made car, enjoy your saving and living better!

    ha ha ha

  • I do not live in the USA, your country is imploding on itself as we speak and as you shop at your CHINA-Mart buying your trinkets and having your car destroyed.

You will be owned by CHINA, we do not import from CHINA period.

  • @merkal90000 What you say is hurtful.....nonetheless, is true! Welcome to the United States of China.

  • so wait, i can open a store, do car repair, but sell cookies and not have to get that license?

  • let me guess ,merka19000 was a union worker that made lets say 32.50 per hour t o make a product that was as well a cheap trinket them him and his coworkers thought hey we can strike and say its for better working conditions and more benifits and oh yeah why were at it MORE MONEY ,and your job got shipped overseas ,who would have thought ,i was once for the union until i got a taste of coming to your facilites to pick up products and see how you get buy with treating people ,F U .

  • thats the american way to live.

  • PLEASE ANSWER THE QUESTION, PLEASE...

Question: Are you saving money and living better now?

Answer: Now you can enjoy your CHINA made trinkets at home on unemployment, you will now fit the mold for 95% of the Wall-CHINA-Mart customer base.

  • Okay, so here were my options. "A, Take my car to a dealership oil change facility and let real mechanics work on my car, but its more expensive and inconvenient for me . Or "B, Take my car in for a oil change at Walmart, it's cheap, convenient and close to work, so what's the worst that could happen to me?

    (15 minutes later engine dies.)

Hmm. Should have gone with "A."

  • @Redrumx21 The problem with your comment "take the car to a dealership to get the oil changed letting a real mechanic work on your car" is that, most (every dealership I've ever been to or heard of) does not have the Mechanic do your oil change, it is some kid, paid by the hour, just like jiffy lube, walmart, or any other "fast lube" type place. the Mechanic wouldn't touch an oil change because it does not pay him enough flat rate hours to be worth his time.

  • A good deal = ruined engine now that is really a good deal.

You get what you deserve for shopping at a 100% CHINA rat hole.

  • Did you save money & live better?

  • If the mechanics there knew what they were doing, they wouldn't be working at Walmart.

  • continued: When we had the cash for clunkers program, the government mandated that we drain all oil and run the engine at full throttle until it seized. This is at full thorttle, in the red, revving, with NO oil, and many of those engines lasted longer than 15 min. There is no way lack of oil could waro a cylinder wall, or a valve. That;s silly. Lack of oil could surely damage the engine, but not that way.

  • I find it hard to believe that the "expert" concludes the damage is from the cylinder and valve warping due to lack of oil. Oil does cool components, but it;s negligable, and the cylinder walls are certainly not cooled by oil. You see the rings around the cyl bores? Those are cooling jackets, filed with coolant. If she's right, then her oil light should have come on, and the engine would make rattling and tapping noises from dry lifters, but would not have shaken her steering wheel.

  • i can change my own oil. spark plugs, air filter, rotate tires, ect. but i am by NO means a car nerd, im a computer nerd. It only took a few google searches to beable to change my own spark plugs....

  • This is why you don't take your car to Walmart nor Jiffy Lube. Ladies, only take it to a local mechanic shop that you know well, personally or recommended from friends/family. As for guys, just do it yourself. No more than 30 mins job.

  • AWESOME CHINA QUALITY AND SERVICE FROM CHINA-MART

  • United States of CHINA

WELCOME to the new 3rd would country ran by CHINA-Wal-Mart

  • THAT'S WHY I CHANGE MY OWN DAMN OIL!!!

  • welcome to the united states of china

  • go back and steal their stuffs and get credits for it. hahaha

  • that's why i don't trust anyone to touch my car unless it is a big job. I do my own oil change and other fluid refill stuffs. She should have check her fluid before leaving that Walmart

  • You get what you pay for.

  • You should get a new car and take it back to CHINA-Mart for an oil change, insist on the experts to use a Fram filter and Wal-CHINA-Mart oil.

Then officially you can say you saved and live better!

  • Try lucas oil stabilizer in the car might fix the cylinder head : )

  • This is why you don't let dumbasses work on your car how hard is it to do a 10 minute oil change yourself people come on ppl stop being lazy

  • CHINA CHINA

    CHINA

    CHINA

  • Fred appears to be cranky, he did not save money nor live better.

CHINA-Mark employees are like the KGB.

  • Another typical Wal-China-Mark experience save money and live better they say, is that after your vehicle is destroyed?

  • Last time Wal-Mart changed my oil, they left the oil cap off!

They did not deny this, but the "technicians" could not find my oil cap- of course not, that would be an admittance of guilt. They sent a flunkee to a local parts store to buy a generic cap and offered to buy an exact replacement thru the Ford dealership......

  • Ive seen this happen there.

  • i brought my 7.3 powerstroke f250 to walmart to change the oil, when i saw the bill was only 25 dollars i asked if he put all 15 quarts in and he says "oh... i only put 5 in" i said "are you retarded?!" and he then filled up the oil, never going back again.

  • Quote: "It was inexpensive"

You saved money and live better, you should be happy.

  • @rm250ar F%ck off

  • @fredjones1531

Fred I take it you did not save nor live better.

Are you from China as well?

  • I was a TLE Asst Manager. This does happen!

  • @Bigmanghs03

    Another brainwashed person from CHINA.

  • She saved money and is now living better!

    :)

  • interesting the so called expert failed to mention...had there been no oil...then no oil preasure;;;and the idiot light would have been on

  • Save Money and Live Better with 100% CHINA made trinkets that idiots continue to buy like it is a sabbatical to buy crap.

Now you can say you saved money!!!

100% Chinese made with jobs disappearing and people on welfare/foodstamps!

    enjoy!

  • It'd probably be cheaper for Wal-Mart to fix her car then get an attorney to go to court

  • I always change the oil in my RSX-S and it never has failed

  • Oh my God NEVER GO TO WAL-MART, how long will it take people to learn?

  • I paid big money for my SUV. I'm not gonna trust it to some punk that only makes 8 bucks an hour. Is that all the industry thinks my ride is worth? An $8/hr punk?

  • I think it would have been cheaper to fix her car than hire all those attorneys lol walmarts fucking retarted

  • @TeenIronMan But if Walmart is found at fault, then everyone who ever changed their oil and had problems later is gonna wanna sue Walmart. So of course Walmart doesnt want that, so they will lawyer up and fight it. Sad thing is they probably won or will keep it in court till she gives up...

  • @Mustardcrust4u yea but she had instant problems with her motor.all of those other people would not have a case unless their problems were reported within 10miles of driving the car.

  • They overfilled me by 3 1/2 quarts causing my car to blow out a ton of smoke. I'm lucky nothing broke. In their training it probably says "when putting oil into a customer's car, no need to measure it out, just eyeball it.

  • Buy ramps: $40

    Buy small socket set: $20

    Buy oil pan: $10

Investment: $70; the ability to change your oil the RIGHT way, EVERYTIME, unless YOU screw it up. Walmart, Jiffy Lube, all of those places are CRAP. Stay away from them. Either do it yourself, or take it to a TRUSTED mechanic, and even then always check the work that was done.

    You sound Retarded.

I work at Jiffy Lube. Our training gives us ASE Certification and i have never, nor has any of my co-workers EVER blown an engine, or damaged a cylinder.

People drive in with SHITTY cars 12 times a day, and we record EVERY INCH of the service performed.

  • @TwistedOrder12 First off, amazing how you look back to the 3rd or 4th page of comments to read mine. Second, way to bash your customers cars, and I SERIOUSLY doubt you record all services rendered. Third, I sound retarded? Buddy, look through half these comments. Google "Jiffy Lube scams" and similiar caches for Walmart. Jiffy Lube has a bad reputation, with good cause. That's why I suggested people get their own tools and do it, or take it to their trusted mechanic. Have a good one.

  • Nothing like doing it yourself or a mechanic you trust. I've only taken my car to walmart two times for oil changes due to lack of space, and both times I always double check everything right in the parking lot!

  • Here's some facts about oil and oil changes. You get what you pay for. The mechanics around here charge about $25-$30 for an oil change and they provide oil and filter. If you bring your own oil they still charge about $20. So the 4-5 quarts of oil plus filter only cost them less than $10. If you buy your own oil it costs about $20 for 5 quarts and another $5-$10 for a good filter. So a REAL oil change should cost about $50 or so. If you pay less you are getting a shitty filter and shitty oil.
