Keep in mind who becomes a cop. Intelligent individuals can't be cops because they think for themselves. Dull-witted individuals are not cop material because they can't follow orders. I should watch this video over and over. I was pulled over and interrogated for burglary. Turned out it was a simple misunderstanding on behalf of the RP. i was in a public park before it closed and the police rolled in and asked me for my id (i was only 15 and didnt have one) and they searched me by patting me down for no reason without asking. took down my address and just made me feel like crap. I had nothing to hide, but they still violated my rights...

they drove the car INTO the park searched me without cause or permission and intimidated me. they hinted that i was a prostitute!! (i have NEVER dressed like anything CLOSE to one) they were abusing their power to make me feel scared. I was literally just SITTING ON A BENCH resting... if they tried that now it would go down different. its like being in germany in the 30s and someone says "papers please"

I was 15! I was probably wearing jeans and a big tshirt...trust me. they were just being assholes. i looked like i was 11 or 12 at that age...i hadnt even really hit puberty yet! i was doing NOTHING wrong. they were just bored because i live in a pretty nice neighborhood and they had nothing better to do but harrass me and make sure i knew they were watchng me.

Or you might be tricked into confessing into doing something you didn't do.Or you vaguely meet the description of a suspect reported in the area, and your words might be interpreted incorrectly. Or some combination of the above. Or, for example,you "have nothing to hide", so you finally "consent to a search". What if one of your "friends", or an acquaintance, left some marijuana unknown to you. YOU get busted.
