BUT! that does not mean that machines can not produce over-unity results!.. Its just that we dont know where that 'extra energy is comming from!.. hence in practical terms its over-unity... Take alook at gravity calculations if you wasnt proof things dont always add up!
So now the latest news is that peeling sticky tape in a vacuum creates powerful X-Rays. and we know that X-Rays are produced from atomic reactions. Perhaps this water-cavitation also produces vacuum-induced X-Rays? we know that cavitation will generate a momentary vacuum after all.
if it had been set up like that with the machine running itself by using the steam to turn a turbine electric generator and it does not stop running then i guess that would prove it wouldnt it? so what if you cant prove it on paper ,if it dont work it would nt disprove it though, but its much easier to prove it than to disprove something
this is true but with cold fusion there is still debate and the same sort of problem, but in cold fusion we are talking about much much small amouts of over unity energy, so if this thing had 70%( not sure if that was sustained, or for a brief few seconds,or split second) then it should be much much easier to measure, and if you insulate it ALOT and also maybe even install frictionless magnetic bearings, it could even increace output more and make it even easier to measure
if there is that much extra energy being produced then why not prove it in an undeniable way,if its really 70% over unity then he should be able to use a turbine to power a generator to power the motor turning the machine, and if its really 70% over unity then the machine and the generator should run indefinitely, if well insulated i mean for it not to there would need to be a 68% loss in heat, which would be terribly inefficient
@bulletproof2353 I believe the problem is the proof, there is no scientific explanation to back up the measurements made by the test equipment. Hence why Tom wouldn't take it seriously. Steam is terribly inefficient, even at the peak 170% over unity i don't think it would be possible to convert at least 100% back into mechanical energy. This is only my assumption.
