@palpatine17 I did and yes it was a cool toy. I had Hurricane, Condor, Firefly, Bullet, Jackhammer, Iguana, and Vampire too. I also had a few of the adventure packs.
I think this was my first ever mask toy, that was one sexy car! The tires got a bit weak after a while and started to 'fold' when moving the car. It still made a good prop though and also flying machine, and I pretended it was a submarine too :-D
Toys today suck!!!!! I remember getting Rhino for christmas and still playing with it years later. The toys that are available today are shit by comparison!!.
@eltnam22 yeah dude, toys back then's materials are far better than now, I think most of today's toys materials are made from recycled plastic. Unlike before, die cast metal and high quality abs plastic finish and it could last for years.
It's also due to people learning that PVC and the like is no good, especially not to small children.
And with how popular games are these days for older children, the Toy manufacors can hardly aim outside of the 1-8 year old group compared to in the past where people, played with toys till like 13.
this was my favourite, lost the firing disc years ago though. remember getting this for my 8th birthday i think it was. probably the greatest day of my life...ha ha !!
This was my favorite MASK toy. Mine was a little different from yours, though. I wish I still had that thing; too bad I was a spoiled little shit back then who never took care of my stuff HAHA!!!
Top posting, i still have this Mask toy and had forgotten what it was called. Even seeing the box it came in reminded me of the day i got it. Not bad considering in 6 hours i turn 30yrs old, ha ha. 80's toys and cartoons were the best.
Very Nice! As a long time M.A.S.K. fan, let me say thanks for posting this. You gotta love Calhoun (even though he wasn't on the show as much). The gulliver mask was awesome.
Couldn't agree more soundsfromnothing. Calhoun Burns, along with his car "Raven" was one of my favourites too in the show and as a toy. Great to see the toy in such super condition. Thanks Toyshansolo
Thanks for the reply! Do you run any of the M.A.S.K. websites by chance? I used to visit them quite a bit, but as most info had been eeked out, there wasn't much more to learn.
Whoops! Just caught myself! I've visited your site a few times in recent years! You have the best list for the U.K. M.A.S.K. comics I've ever seen. Do you know Joeri Muller by chance? He used to help me out w/ MASK info back in the late 90's. Thanks for the great work on your M.A.S.K. site. One of the best toon's, toys, comic series of the 90's.
i had this when i was a kid awesome
