  • @Tzevy The muscle in your abdomen is just like any other muscle in your body. You'll train them 6-14 reps to gain hypertrophy, and slim away fat to reveal them. If you're already quite slender you should focus on getting enough proteins, a tough workout for your abs and only train them once a week. This is so they can rebuild and get completely rested before you put on more weights and do your routine.

  • ab ripper x, or rev abs, but u already have a nice six pack so what ever your doing now is really working. im sure the ab ripper x video is on the internet somewhere u can watch for free, its only 16 min long

  • the best core exercise ive ever done is mountain climbers with my hands on a exercise ball. works core stabilization and flexion at the same time. usually go for 30 secs with 3 sets
