This was a good tour they really went all out at those shows 1993 was a good year for being a Juggalo. When some of us were jumpin at these shows some Juggalos were not even fuckin born yet thats messed up lol man i feel old
i was 14 yrs old and was just starting to listen to ICP! I'm from St. Paul, MN, and back in 94' ICP had just barely started popping up here. Other artist I was listening to at that time was Michael Jackson, NIN, Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, Live, Phil Collins, Eazy-E, Ritchie Valens, MC Breed, just to name a few. Wow! Memory Lane! MCL!
DAM THIS IS DOPE AS FUCK!! I was 6 fuckin years old, holy shit!! I'd give my left one to go to one of these early shows when it all started. FUCKIN FRESH. BAD ASS FOOTAGE NINJA. mcl fam
In 1993, I was blind, very small, and could barely say any words! Only cry and make noises, and I'd shit and piss my own diapers. If I was born way before '93, I'd have known all this shit actually happened. MMFWCL!
@zombiecowproduction In 1993 I bought The Ringmaster the week it came out at Schoolkids Records in A2... on cassette. You'd probably call that 'old school', but I call that just being old.
damn seeing this shit reminds me how old im getting, good times. wow i'm surprised someone had this shit..i still got my pic's from this concert but a damn recording ...shit damn makes memories pop back in my head...WHOOT WHOOT!! OG juggalo out this piece ...
this video is dope as fuck for real.. i listen to this shit all while growing up ive been a juggalo since i was like 4-5 i heard the riddlebox and knew dead body man and chicken huntin by heart when i was 5 and used to sing it with my sister in the car and with her friends lol
damn, i wasn't even alive when this was goin on lol, i started listening to icp a lil when i was 6,and i was a juggalo since i was 10 i am now 12, turning 13, and me and my gurl think icp is the shit! lol i can't w8 till i get a car so i can drive down and c one of the shows somewhere. MWCL fam!
man, i fucking love this vid. icp at its finest for sure. if i could go back in time, and if i could go anywhere. it would be the early 90s and for sure id be there. every fucking show. without a doubt. much clown love fam. i think this vid deserves a nice... whoop whoop!!!
what kind of a question is that. but anyways so most of the ppl in the crowd didnt even know most of the songs from ringmaster when they played them in 1993 when it came out in 1994?
@Jtyild A lot of the songs that they had were already in production , like the early shit they totally had like 3 1/2 albmus already cut but they would yank alot of songs off of certain c.d's ! they thought it didnt fit or what not and Ringmaster was also done in 1993 Riddlebox was done in 1994 .
@jsctire My 3 favorite ICP releases are as follows - 1. Beverly Kills 50187, 2. Ringmaster, 3. Carnival of Carnage. The only album that comes close to those first 3 (in my opinion) is Hell's Pit. Riddlebox, Great Milenko, and Bizzar/Bizaar all have their fair share of great tracks, as well.
@SevenDeadlyCinema i just thought you meant prime in terms of popularity. but performance wise, i think i would agree with you. i was into them in the riddlebox/milenko days and saw them live multiple times in columbus, and they always rapped over their cd tracked versions. i can remember times where j would like sing every third word. not that i dont get that its hard as fuck to get up there and do that shit for an hour plus, or that it isnt hot as shit in those venues either, but still.
@jsctire Yeah, it's all good dog. I also have to add that I have much love for most of the EPs, and all the Inner City Posse shit...and that i like RB and GM, but I just can't tolerate listening to certain tracks over, and over again...like Toybox.
@JIMJONUS ok but there was a group that opened that night for them and i cant remember the name of em... i saw the video on google at one time but its not there anymore
How do people manage to dig up this old footage? Sometimes it's hard just to find pictures of stuff like this. I would like to see some footage of the Carnival of Carnage tour. I think that was called the Magic Bag Show and it was only in the Detroit area, but I'm not really sure. Does anyone know if there is any footage of those shows?
i doubt there is any footage of that. i actually got this from google video. ive seen many vids of whole sets from the milenko, jeckell brothers, and wicked clowns from outer space tours. its amazing how people can get that footage
when he calls for Lori when he's walkin across, the sound so fuckin young lol,, it's so fuckin cool to hear how fuckin much they've changed since then (voice tone, they have'nt changed as people a fuckin bit
The term juggalo got feet during the Milenko era. if this was indeed the show I was at there were maybe two people in the whole venue with face paint on and not one juggalo reference (to the crowd)... Project Born was on the bill and while we were waiting for the doors to open Esham was dropped off in a cream colored Lotus. He ended up MCing to open the show. I love how much love they put in it. I went to a busta rymes concert and he just came on there and was terribale. saw lil jon he gives 110% too. ya need to use the lights and all the efects and pump up tha croud. Saw icp in 1999 great stuff.
