Flutterby- I think you miss understood me. I was defending you to STProductions who said you didn't deserve to raise raccoons I was saying that they clearly have not raised raccoons, just like the rest of the negative commenters. I was saying you were handling them correctly and that raccoons love getting into places they aren't supposed to be in. Sorry for any confusion.
Clearly you most of you have never raised racoons. That his how you are supposed to pick them up. Especially if they are doing something not ideal. Like she can have grapes but is not supposed to climb into the refrigerator. If you let that become a habit every time you open the door they go nuts trying to climb all through the thing. Picking the baby up like that does not hurt them it is what the mom does especially when she wants them to settle down a little.
@paintitblackcat9 I have had a number of racoons. My question to you and others who post negative things on here is ...why? Does it make you feel better? Superior? Obviously all of us who care for these little orphans, people like YOU and me must care about them. I didn't post this to become famous...I just thought it was cute and wanted to share it. I don't understand you. Obviously you don't understand me either.
@STProductionFilms Sorry you feel that way about me. I have raised many wild orphan babies myself. We should be on the same side. I am a certified wild life rehabilitator. I love my animals as much as you love yours. Truce?
You don't have to be mean and grab her violently! You did open the fridge door so why not simply give her the grapes? Or are you just simply being mean?
@Tobibrocki Pardon me, saw to late that it´s a she! ^^´
Anyway, I´m glad there are still people like you out there who take care of those little guys when something happened to their parent(s). Have a good one, and take care! :)

People like you don't deserve to have these. You open the fridge and the bottom and then bitch at it and grab it for getting a grape.

@STProductionFilms
People like you have obviously not ever had anything to do with animals. This one has never been mistreated. Get the chip off your shoulder please.

@flutterby700 "not ever had" What? And yea, I have 2 raccoons and have had them in the past along with opossums and tons of other animals.

I assume those are his first grapes!? Seemed like he wanted more, but as with all little kids, too much is not always good! :)
