u do no durring the verse its 8th notes on the high hat. And after it says 'ill hold it against you' its not just a drum roll on the snare, he's also hitting the tom with it. It's a good cover but I say dammit is only hard if you try to get it exact.

Well, decent cover. But highly upset. You played quarter notes. Anyone can play it like that. But, the entire fun, challenging part of the entire song is playing it with sixteenth notes. Very upset. You also changed many parts of the whole song. Try re-doing it.

Thanks for the compliment! Tips: Listen to the song over and over and over and over again until you hear every detail and have it memorized. THEN sit down and work it out on set. That can apply to any song though. Good luck!

I know what you mean. I hear how he plays it, and you are correct, I can play them. The reason I play it this way is because I'll be playing drums for 3 hours at a show so I get used to playing it this way to save a little energy. I appreciate the feedback and the compliment though. Maybe endurance training is what I should do so I don't have to worry about energy though.
