  • @HALOGAMESPWN Start with a weight you can do 30-40 reps, then go with lighter weight and do 20-30, then repeat with lighter weight. Thats your first set, do four sets, every other day.

    you could try to use even heavier weights, but thats risky, because you could mess up your muscle by overloading it.

  • I find that if you just take a dumbbell and stand up, then move your wrist all the way back and forward, at either really slow, or really fast it's effective.
