It is best for us all that the AT remains anonymous.

My aim was originally to provide accessible and amusing entry-level materials and costume drama....to prepare people for theantiterrorist's superb balaclavious presentations, that might otherwise frighten good folks off.

Now I have settled into my own preferred part of the field, personal sovereignty, combined with the practice of commercial law to achieve justice where this is not accessible to the 'PERSON' in the 'UK'.

My understanding is that if the court gives you an order you are entitled to present them with a bill. If this is correct then when they order you to pay you should be able to bill them for an equivalent or greater amount thereby cancelling out the liability or even profiting from it. You would probably have to use an affidavit to give this teeth as well. This could be a simpler strategy than A4V in this scenario. Any thoughts good general?

The 'No Contract' in it's simplest form, has been practised to apparently good effect by John Harris; Theantiterrorist returns tha paperwork as defective (see radio interview on his channel); Mr T (see podcast on TNSradio (internet))..is a fascinating tour de force in joinder-and-adhesion-resistanc­e.

Court play as you suggest could be fun, but stay out if you can, I say.

The information I have seen indicates that it is a more complex situation with mortgages. Perhaps the Death-Grip itself requires resolution as well as the financial settlement. I suggest contacting Guy Euden, via the Lawfulrebellion site....he seems to know more about mortgages, and may have an answer for you.
