u should see the dropchances in wowhead.i got baron after 90 kills,magisters terrace mount 80 kills, anzu 100 kills,blue proto drake skadi 50 kills,blue drake oculus 50 kills,vault of archavon mount 40 kills.still want :onyxia,ashes of alar,eoe,new cata mounts the drakes and zg za mounts. but mind a friend of mine got anzu after 228 kills.so there is no guaranteed drop.

@6komet - Invincible is much easier to get then Mimirons head, no? Invincible is an automatic Drop in 25 H Lich King, so basically a 1 in 25 shot. Mimiron is a 1% drop and you have to roll against people.

@Labruin1414 no its is not correct, mimron head was a guarantedd drop at lvl 80 if u did 0 light into darkness25, invicible was a guaranteed drop at lvl 80 25 hc.done them both at lvl 80 and 85 too.at 85 none dropped, i dont want to craft theories,u can check wowhead drop rate and comments too, what i think mimiron head and invincible has 1 2 % drop chance.some peeps told me invincible has 10% now im not sure.and if u check wowhead the drop counter maybe failed, maybe counted all lvl 80 kills.
