First of all, the song at the beginning and the "Hi Neighbor" is the real Fred Rogers. I think the other parts are done by a voice over.

can someone tell me how i can get the vanishins bandanna audio? the same voice used by DC. I got a show in a few days, and i made my own audio but it doesnt really sound like Mr. rogers.
