This is Gongyo not much unlike the"Lord's Prayer" as in the Christian Religion. Yet instead of depending on Jesus Christ it is a practice to where you change your karma.

I appreciate you posting this video. It is not a secret practice that is elitist. This is a practice anyone can do. You show focus despite the distractions around you. There's some people that disagree with your actions, but your practice is your own. Your karma is yours alone to change. Those who are destined to understand will regardless of how they are shakabuku(ed). Keep on chanting friend. Peace!

Sorry you had a bad experience with SGI. I took the positive parts of the practice and made it my own personal thing and it changed my life for the better, and the more I chanted, the more unbreakable my happiness became. Watch the Tina Turner video under Nam Myoho Renge Kyo search. That's what I'm talkin about! Ignore the fanatics and make Buddhism about what is within.
