James has read over 100 hours of Jim Butcher novels so far - I don't think they check every word for errors. In fact, in one of the audiobooks where he makes a mistake, swears and corrects himself - and it was never edited out. Not sure if I'm the only person who's noticed...?
Ooh, I can't remember off the top of my head as I have listened to them all many times. I do re-listen frequently, though, so if I hear it again I will post the details.
But I think the most annoying error in the Dresden audiobooks is when James pronounces "Spellslinger" as spells-linger rather than spell-slinger.

Maybe the "mispronunciation" is a Character thing? Or a Regional one.
