Tarja does have a more "powerful" voice.

But Anette can sing good too. She's gonna need a lot of time and practice, but shell' do it.

Besides, Tarja wasn't such a great singer in Angels Fall First, as she was in Once. Practice makes perfect. Same is true for Anette. ;-)
