  • belt :P

    straps :P

  • No, true hang clean is to start at the knee. A lot of people use momentum with the hang too like what you are saying but that is fine too.

  • Hey!!!!! When you lower the bar to knee height your shoulders are way behind the bar....you want your shoulder to be over, in front of the bar at knee height. Look at competition meets, lifters on you tube from the side view...pause it at knee height. and you'll see what I mean. Good work though.

  • this gir is strong, i started doing hang cleans yesterday and i'm fighting with 60kg... and my arms hurt now xD

  • you could have easily gotten that last weight if you had squated down and raised your elbows

  • Very bad technique but music good :P

  • When the bar is just above knees, your shoulders should be in front of the bar and not behind, as in the video. Try to hit that position by straighten your legs a bit and lean over with your back.

  • I'm sorry, but I must persist. What is that song in the beginning???? :D

  • by cut & run, out of space, booty space remix. Just for you severmine

  • Thank you! And thank you for your plyo videos, they've been a lot of help

  • Cleans were good. but when you pick up the weight off the floor, you are locking out your knees too early and using your lower back to lift it the rest of the way. Just be careful. You should straight your knees and your hips at the same rate. Does that make sense?

  • Again, nice vids! Keep the shoulders OVER the bar, that way you won't lose the bar in front. Nice weight.

  • Hey you tagged this with PV.... are you a vaulter? Nice liftin btw :P

  • wow your hot, and your strong too

  • moving some serious weight. nice job.

  • Never seen how to properly measure max

    Sweet vid and music :D
