  • yun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun

  • Originally, around :10, a second title would appear- "Brought to you by BRISTOL-MYERS" {they sponsored the series during its first five seasons}- then fade just before Hitch "walked into" his caricature. In syndication, the sponsor I.D. was omitted.

  • You want the JOJ!

  • Scary stuff even after all these years.

  • JOJ

  • I Need The JOJ

  • You want the JOJ

  • I bet @creativelocation wonders what the fuck this JOJ is.

  • Alfred Hitchcock has the JOJ

  • @comrade127 He called HOH SIS.

  • If I had to watch this intro all over again, and had to hear the music all over again, I would STILL do it all over again... I'd do it over again. I'd do it FIFTEEN TIMES over again. If I watched fifteen shows, and all of 'em had silhouettes in them, I would still do it all over again.

  • YOU WANT THE JOJ

  • JOJ

  • AKA the JOJ theme

  • 18 inch dealdos.

  • I want the JoJ

  • WATERFALLS WEASTLEY

  • Cs188.

  • Elmo, you Hitchcock blocker!

  • I have to thank cs188 for leading me to this masterpiece, I had forgotten his theme song.

  • cs188 had a Youtube poop that had this music. The comment below realtes to that

  • JOJ

  • "Good evening. I am Alfred Hitchcock."

  • funeral march for a marionette...

  • what is the name of the song?

  • @Fercholiciusmx89

    funeral march for a marionette...

  • kirk hammet does this intro awsome

  • GOOD EVENING...

  • You hear this theme and you know some suspenseful fun will follow. Thanks for posting this, very happy memories.:-)

  • Diese Mini-Krimis von Hitchcock könnte ruhig mal wieder im Fernsehen gesendet werden. Wenn ich mich recht erinnere, gab es sowohl deutsche Folgen als auch Folgen im Original mit deutschen Untertiteln.

  • his nose looks like a cock

  • "Guud eeeeeevenning......" =D

  • GOOD EVENING!...LOFL!

  • HOH SIS.

  • @MrJagerWulf No one needs foundation repare

  • GETS THE JAJJJ DONE ALL OVER AGAIN. Was anyone else led hear because of cs188's youtube poop!? Hahaha

  • awwwww u left out the classic "Good evening"

  • @MikeDaimonPliskin Ikr! thats the best part! D:

  • Heavens to Norman Bates! Love that Alfred Hitchock theme...I'm certainly glad they didn't choose "The Whoopee Cushion Serenade" by Freddie Flatulence & his Five Hot Toots! Though it's a GAS, man! In the words of the immortal Bard, "Hey dude, who cut da cheese?" Too bad Hitch didn't do any sci fi films....he could have done one about astronauts who were also proctologists. They'd be able to find out if there really are rings around Uranus!

  • Genius, love his works, movies, shorts, written its all good.

  • apparently "despicable me" is using a reference to this as well :D saw it in one of the trailers. another reason why I wanna watch it lol

  • Goodevening

  • lmfao i saw this on familyy guy

  • I laughed so hard at the reference in Family Guy.

  • @RideTheCatfish what episode was that in family guy?

  • @kallemick The Perfect Castaway

  • I used to watch this as kid. I can't tell how many shows used this music. They actually did this on Family Guy.

  • I watched this show only once as a kid with my uncle and the episode turned out to be a classic: "Man from the South", with Steve McQueen and Peter Lorre. I've been a fan since.

  • @vinylrecord68 Man from the South was kickass!

  • this has become iconic.

  • have you seen that episode ``Perfect Castaway´´ in family guy when there at that motel having sex and it's so fun when hitch comes

  • lol, yes! that was funny..

  • Good evening

  • That is the ugliest caricature I've ever seen. Scared the Dickens out of me as a tot!

  • Hitchcock drew it himself,

  • this tv film historian who knew HITCH can tell you this is one of tvs brightest most memorable intros anywhere anytime on a great beloved revered tv series. he was superb as host, the musc his profile his very presence said it all. look at that PRIFILE and the theme is as haunting and fun as it was in 1955 when i first saw it. its coming out all on dvd. enjoy it folks. Thanks HITCH. TOMK

  • when can i get this for an mp3?

  • I can send you the mp3 if you like~ =D

  • @SodaJoker pliis send mi the sound

  • I really like the intro.I got some memory when my father showed me Hitchcock on his old crapy tv in the 80s. Plus The Simpsons has made a parody on the intro in a Hallowen episode.
